Any customer who is looking to launch a new service or to rehost, relocate, re-platform or re-architect an existing service. Affinity’s experience has focussed on AWS infrastructure to run high-profile installations of Drupal, WordPress and Magento, but also intranets and bespoke financial software.
Our initial engagement with a customer when assessing whether our AWS professional services can be of value to them, will include gathering their high-level requirements, understanding key stakeholders and reviewing any existing architecture. Further meetings will look to understand business goals, compliance and security requirements, integration needs, etc.
Following this information gathering and discovery phase, Affinity will put together high-level designs, cost estimations and a timeline which will be reviewed with the customer.
If the engagement goes ahead then kickoff/mobilisation calls will take place and detailed project plans and architectural designs will be worked on, and the build itself will commence.
