This accessibility statement applies to Affinity’s website at https://www.affinity-digital.com.
This website is run by Affinity. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. For example, that means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings,
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen,
- navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software,
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver).
We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
How accessible this website is
This website is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard.
We know that some parts of this website are not fully accessible. Based on our most recent test:
- Some text does not have sufficient colour contrast against its background, which may make it harder to read for people with low vision;
- Some links do not have discernible text, which may make it difficult for screen reader users to understand the purpose of the link;
- Some interactive elements (touch targets) do not meet the minimum size requirement of 24×24 CSS pixels;
- The heading structure on some pages skips levels (e.g. jumping from H2 to H4), which may make navigation harder for screen reader users;
- Some page content is not contained within landmark regions, which may make it harder for assistive technology users to navigate;
- Some landmark regions are not uniquely labelled, which may cause confusion for screen reader users.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We are committed to continually improving the accessibility of our website. We are:
- Reviewing and addressing identified issues on a prioritised basis, with serious issues being addressed first;
- Working to ensure all new content and features meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards before publication;
- Conducting regular automated accessibility tests using axe-core against WCAG 2.2 AA standards;
- Supplementing this automated testing with manual testing and assistive technology testing;
- Training our teams on accessible design and development practices.
Improvements are being made incrementally, on a continuous improvement cycle. We aim to have all serious issues addressed by 30 September 2026. We aim to have a fully conformant website by December 2026.

Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 3 March 2026. It was last reviewed on 8 April 2026.
This website was last tested on 3 March 2026. The test was carried out by our own team at Affinity, using the axe-core automated accessibility testing engine (version 4.x) integrated with Puppeteer for browser automation.
We tested 33 pages across the website, including:
- Homepage
- Get to Know Us (and sub-pages: Accreditations, Careers)
- What We Do
- Work (and individual case study pages)
- Contact Us
- Cookie Policy
- Accessibility Statement
- Privacy Statement
- Modern Slavery Statement
- Social Value Policy
- Carbon Reduction Plan
- AWS Partner page
The testing covered all WCAG 2.2 Level A and Level AA success criteria using automated checks. We acknowledge that automated testing typically identifies approximately 30-40% of accessibility issues, and we are planning to supplement this with manual testing and assistive technology testing.
