COVID-19

In light of the current global situation regarding COVID-19, we would like to issue a statement of reassurance to all of our customers. As a company, we have already put in place several measures to ensure our customers and our employee’s experience as little disruption as possible.

We are focusing on two key areas:

· The health and safety of our employees

·Ensuring that you continue to receive an uninterrupted service and response time

We have put in place procedures that allow all relevant staff to be able to work remotely so that during the current need for self-isolation this will not impact their daily functions. We have run drills to stress test our systems to ensure that they are robust enough to maintain normal levels of service with an entire office remote working.

We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone, and we'll be ensuring that services run smoothly, but if there is anything we can do to support you during this time then please get in touch.

Getting in touch with us will continue to be as normal, e-mail are the most suitable options although you can call the office number and we will be able to put you in touch with the person you need to speak with. 

We will ensure you are kept up to date with the latest information as and when we are aware of it or if there is any change to the status-quo. We are confident that we will be able to maintain operational activity and we remain committed to delivering the same level of exceptional service we deliver daily.
